Golf is a free browser-based golf game. It is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You may play as a guest without an account. You may delete your account and data at any time from My Account in the app.
You agree not to: cheat or manipulate leaderboards, matches, or tournaments; abuse, harass, or impersonate other players; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its backend; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Course geometry is derived from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Aerial imagery is provided by Esri or the USGS/USDA National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP), as credited in-app. Course names and marks are the property of their respective owners; their use here is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
